We offer safe rooms in 4 sizes to best suit your new or existing construction. Our pricing starts at $7,850 which INCLUDES installation and taxes. We are so confident in the quality and integrity of our  product that we ask your family to view our tornado shelters LAST before making your final purchase decision. Safe rooms are not created equal and you don’t want a lower quality product in such a high stakes environment. Each of our FEMA-compliant storm shelters are made to protect your loved ones up to EF-5 rated tornado and other natural disasters. You can rest assured knowing that our above ground tornado shelters have been tested to meet or exceed FEMA and the ICC-500 standard

About Our Safe Rooms

Our safe room structure is 3×3 x 1⁄4” steel square tubing and the outer skin is 1⁄4” A36 steel plate. All of our connections are welded. 

The door locks from the interior with 3 individual 1inch rods. All of our safe room doors swing in to prevent debris from blocking your exit after the storm. All of our doors come standard with a deadbolt. We have an optional keyless entry pad and optional ladder to store items on top of the safe room.

Each safe room is anchored with 5⁄8” TITEN anchors into a concrete slab. The safe rooms meet and exceed FEMA standards along with the ICC-500 standards. Our safe rooms have been tested up to 300mph winds and 100mph impact debris testing.

We encourage all of our clients to look at our safe rooms last. The quality is unmatched and it’s easy to see upon viewing the unit.

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards with the exception of American Express. We charge a 3% additional fee for the use of a credit card.

Yes, we require a nonrefundable deposit of 30% down at the time of order. Your deposit may be refunded if we are able to find a replacement buyer for the safe room.
We do not offer in house financing at this time. However we do accept major credit cards with a 3% additional fee. We do not accept American Express.
We can install our safe rooms anywhere a concrete floor is available. Typically, the garage is the most convenient install location. The safe rooms may also be installed in the home during the construction phase.
We do. A 36” wide door is available upon request for a minimum charge.
The area only needs to be as big as the shelter you select.
Please have a cleared path available for the installation crew to install your new safe room.
Yes, we can relocate your safe room if you move within our travel area. Just give us a call and we will provide you with a pricing quote.

Yes, although our safe rooms weigh 3,500 lbs and are not easily moved.

Yes, each safe room comes with motion activated rechargeable LED lights.

All of our safe rooms come standard with white powder coat. Other colors are available for purchase at an additional cost. Once the fabrication process is complete, they are transported to Tri Star Painting in New Johnsonville Tennessee. Tri Star Painting will sandblast each unit and then wash each unit with a phosphate rinse before the final powder coat is applied.

Our test unit is available for viewing in our parking lot at our fabrication shop. You do not need an appointment. 120 Stones River Rd La Vergne  37086. 

Our doors always swing inward so that debris from a tornado will not block your exit after the tornado.
We will install the safe room within one day.

Typically this is a 4-6 week process.

We install within 50 miles of Nashville Tennessee and we can provide custom pricing if you need installation outside of our travel area.

Our shelters require no maintenance but you will want to check the battery lights occasionally to make sure they are fully charged and also check for insects.

Typically, units are installed in a garage and do not require any HOA approval. However the buyer would be responsible for confirming this with their HOA.
Please check with your local codes department to find out if a building permit is required.
